Dr. McCall strives to provide an honest and gentle dental experience focused on patient care and education. He has completed advanced training in root canals, oral surgery, clear aligners, and dental implant restorations.
• Bachelors of Science Degree in Chemistry from Indiana University
• Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Illinois Chicago College of Dentistry
When he's not practicing dentistry, Dr. McCall enjoys being outdoors cycling and fishing.
Dr. Willis is a general dentist with primary areas of focus being general dentistry, restorative dentistry, implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, surgical dentistry, and prosthodontics. He has earned continuing education certificates in areas comprising: implants, clear aligners, orthodontics, veneers, oral surgery, and root canal therapy.

Dr. Willis has a passion for international travel, having spent time in over 47
countries, volunteering his dental services through missions in countries
including Chad, Sri Lanka, China, and Colombia. He also enjoys sports, live
music, and community outreach.

I had a medical emergency and had to go to the local hospital emergency room. My exam and X-rays went well. My blood pressure spiked and the dentist told me I needed to go to the ER at our local hospital. Prior to the emergency bet the very kind dental assistant took my X-rays at an amazing pace. I never had anyone so kind and so knowledgeable to get the job done so quickly. The dentist was very kind and patient during the exam and made me feel relaxed and put me at ease. He told me he’s been Xmas dentist for 40 years!! Overall if I could give them my own star rating I’d give them 109 stars. Thank you Johnson Dental for a memorable experience!!

I told the doctor I was on 90 mg of morphine a day but he thought with me in a wheelchair he felt it would be better to not go under I said I don’t do good with the needle but he said I would do his best so not to be in any pain and all I was thinking about is how much it will hurt afterwards but he sent me home and it was uncomfortable that day but the next morning I was in no pain at all. I was there early that morning but when he said he would not put me under I got upset and left but he hired a new office manager and she called and explain everything to me. She was awesome. And after talking to her, she explained everything to me and I came back in to have my procedure done. He hired a very good office manager. I would recommend this dentist to anybody. I would recommend this dentist to anyone eight teeth removed and no pain. That’s pretty good.

Took straight back in at scheduled time, Maddie is a great hygienist , gentle but thorough. Had to wait about 15 minutes to see the dentist, all went well. Checked tong, mouth and lymph nodes along with X-Rays and general teeth/gum condition which I thought was good.
Everyone is so friendly! Very professional and experieced! They make me feel relaxed. Last visit for cleaning and xrays found an infection in a implant and immediately got me on antibiotics and refered me to gum doctor!

I moved here from out of state and have been waiting a long time to see a dentist because there are so few openings for my dental plan. I had a dental emergency, and they took me right in within a couple of hours of my calling even though I was not a patient, there. They were so kind and accommodating to help me out. Maddie is great! She’s informative and honest, always addressing my concerns. Going to the dentist for cleanings is not at the top of my enjoyable things to do but she makes it as great as it can be. The office is comfortable and clean. Scheduling can be a little tricky, but overall not bad. Again, big shout out to Maddie! Great job girl!

I am in town for a couple of months visiting family and I needed emergency dental work. They were able to get me in right away! I had to have work on my top front teeth and that is a sensitive spot for an injection but he did it so well that I barely felt it! Highly recommend!

Move to an entirely new location so when it came to finding a dentist within my insurance network, it came down to a “luck of the draw.” And boy, did I luck out finding Johnson Family Dental here in Paso Robles! Everyone, from the staff up front, to the hygienist & dental assistants & a great dentist are absolutely wonderful. Professional yet very personable…hey, don’t know about you but going to the dentist is not an especially enjoyable experience, but everyone there puts you at ease & are genuinely caring. Busy but this office does what it can to get you quickly when you have a problem. Highly recommend.

I called Johnson family dental yesterday morning about a cracked tooth I had that was really bothering me. I am a new PT and had never been there before. They saw me that day. They told me I might have to wait because they were squeezing me in. I waited maybe 5 min. Beautiful office, clean and modern. Wonderful staff from the front desk to hygienist. So kind. Loved the dentist. He was fast and explained everything in clear terms to me. 10/10 would (and am) go back to them

Went to Johnson’s dental on an emergency. Jessica got me an appointment immediately for the same day. I explained my fear of dentists and the entire staff was understanding and comforting. Turned out I needed an extraction which really made me nervous. Dr B and his lovely assistant whom I can’t remember her name, literally comforted me and talked me through the entire process. I did not feel a single thing. I’m amazed on how gentle it was. I know that sounds crazy but it really was. I walked out happy with another appointment and I have to admit after this amazing visit I have no fear or anxiety. Thank you thank you

This is an edited review. The dentists are great, sometimes reception is good when they aren’t busy. Very understandable dentistry, I’ve had some in the past who refused to help me because of scheduling but you guys have always accommodated and I appreciate it.
